Ordering Process

If you come across a theme from our collection of designs that you would like for your wedding stationery, please contact us first and foremost for our current pricelist, and we will assist you with any questions you may have. Please include as much information as possible such as which items you are interested in and approximate quantities, from which we will put together an estimate for you.

1. Order
Specify the items that you would like from your chosen theme as well as quantites.
Put together your wording and email it to us in a word document.  Please check that this is accurate before sending.
From here we will create your order and invoice.  50% of payment will be required and work will begin.

2. Proofing
We will create digital proofs for each item of your stationery and email these to you for checking.
Once reviewed, any changes should be clearly listed in email for us to carry out.
Two rounds of proofs are included for free. Beyond this there will be a charge per proof.

3. Approval
Once you are completely happy with the designs, we will require sign off from you – approval via email.
We will then require payment of the remaining 50% balance of the invoice.

4. Printing
Once the final proofs have been approved, and payment has been received, the designs will be sent to print.

5. Delivery
Once printed the stationery will be packaged and posted to you, via tracked delivery. You will received your items within 3 weeks of final payment.
